When Universiti Tun Abdul Razak or UNIRAZAK, was looking for a new home, the most apt location would be on Jalan Tun Razak itself. But finding a location on one of Malaysia’s most popular thoroughfare was challenging, and finding a good and understanding landlord, given the nature of our enterprise as a private higher education institution, was an even greater challenge. The building on 195A, Jalan Tun Razak, which is now proudly called WISMA UNIRAZAK, is a testimony of the resilience and robustness of not only the building but more importantly, the management of the same. WISMA UNIRAZAK was a landmark in our nation’s capital when it was built in 1977 and until today, it has managed to retain its presence in the ever-changing city landscape. This achievement is made more impressive given that the neighbourhood is peppered with skyscrapers, albeit bland and surprisingly inconspicuous. UNIRAZAK is proud to have PHNB as its landlord, especially during these exigent times, where their understanding, in dealing with affected tenants, and meticulousness, in managing the property, are a testament of PHNB’s commitment to progress and grow together with its key stakeholders.
